We want your experience with us to be enjoyable and stress-free.

These Terms & Conditions outline how we work, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return. By booking an appointment with us (online, by phone, or in person), you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings

Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or by popping into the salon. If you're unsure which service you need, feel free to book a free consultation first – we’re happy to help guide you.

2. Pricing

All prices listed on our website or in-salon are base prices only and may vary depending on hair length, time required, or complexity. We’ll always confirm your quote before starting any service. If you’d like an accurate quote, we recommend booking a no-obligation consultation first.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

We completely understand that life happens – but please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. We send appointment reminders by text 24 hours in advance to help you keep track. Please read our Cancellation Policy in more detail.

4. Arriving on Time

Please aim to arrive a few minutes early for your appointment. If you're running late, let us know – we’ll do our best to fit you in, but your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

5. Children in the Salon

We’re a family-friendly space, but ask that children visiting the salon (whether for their own appointment or accompanying an adult) are supervised at all times for their safety and the comfort of other clients.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your hair! If you’re not 100% happy with your result, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We’ll happily chat through your concerns and offer a solution, which may include a complimentary adjustment. Please note: this does not apply to changes in mind or styles that differ from what was agreed during consultation.

7. Hair Colour Disclaimer

While we take great care with colour work, results may vary depending on your hair’s condition, history, and natural base. Some services (especially lightening or colour corrections) may require multiple sessions to achieve your desired outcome. We’ll always explain the process, set realistic expectations, and take a gentle, professional approach to your colour journey.

8. Gift Vouchers

Le Garage gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are not redeemable for cash, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
