Cancellations & No-Shows

We completely understand that life happens – but please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a 30% cancellation fee.

• If you don’t show up and haven’t contacted us, we may charge a 50% no-show fee.

• In genuine emergency situations, we’ll do our best to be understanding and waive these fees where appropriate.

We send appointment reminders by text 24 hours in advance to help you keep track.
